You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order only in the following cases:

If your item arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

✔️ Wrong item delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will send the correct product or issue a full refund.

Important: A clear photo or video of the item must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations and the nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• If the product has been opened, unsealed, or used.
• If the product’s safety seal has been removed.
• Sale items, discounted products, or special offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
• Requests submitted after 3 days from the delivery date.
